15 AUG 2025 Be Part of a Cooperative Online Gallery for Artists
We invite all interested visual artists to join us for an online meeting on September 2nd at 19:00, as part of the ongoing work to establish an international artists’ cooperative. This cooperative is being developed as a solidarity-based, democratic framework for collective action and for building better conditions for artistic work, particularly in the context of the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

This meeting will be dedicated to exchanging ideas and proposals related to the development of the online gallery, one of the first resources we are creating within the future cooperative. The online gallery is envisioned as more than just a sales venue: it aims to become a platform for the visibility of diverse artistic practices, as well as a space through which we collectively offer various services and knowledge in the field of art and artistic work – from curatorial and educational programs to content production and consulting.
We want to build this process together from the very beginning, to listen to needs, hear proposals, and open a space for the active participation of all those interested. The goal is for the gallery to be inclusive, accessible, and easy to use for both artists and the public – especially for audiences not already familiar with the art scene. Once launched, we plan a major regional promotional campaign through which we will present and promote the offer to a broader public in various ways.
We believe this is an opportunity to collectively think about how to create tools and spaces that serve the community rather than profit – free from market pressures and institutional fragmentation.
